I am sad you got cut off. I think there is a ton more to talk about with this album. I wish you played up more of the contrast between Money Changes Everything and Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.
I remember when this album came out it was an instant hit. This album had the feeling of being an MTV hit. It was as interesting to watch as it was to listen to.
When I think of Time after Time, my head does not go to her version, but the version by the co-writers Rob Hyman’s band. I used to have an old demo version of the Hooters doing Time After Time.
